made the crisps last time round with a veg soup and they were ok . got a bar chopped up in fridge but i dont really like them , have tried them all , got the cranberry for something just to chew on. im guessing im on my way to ketosis, felt like this last time , starving and raging headache .... hopefully tomorrow the ketosis fairy will grace me with her presence. im normally there on day 3 ( i have had so many restarts ) but i have never been able to give up milk or sugar in my coffee but its never affected ketosis, just had to reduce the amount i have . im also terrible with the water . got the orange flavour and im managing 1 1/2 litres, so thats better than last time ...... just got to get thru this .
