Hi there! I started cal counting last week and would love a buddy. I'm 14st 13lb and I weigh in on a monday. I've been messing about with weight watchers for a while but can't really get into it so I thought I'd go back to good ol fashioned calorie counting and I'm pleasantly surprised at how it's going. I'm using my fitness pal and aiming for a 1lb a week loss. Good luck!! Xx
