Anyone doing Herbalife?

So today I ordered my Herbalife. I need to gain back control. I’ve put on 5 stone in 4 years! I’m disgusted with myself I avoid going anyplace especially nights out. So today I take back control! Anyone else doing Herbalife? X

Not herbalife personally, but there are a number of VLCDers here. Plese don't be disgusted with yourself, all you've done is succumb to human nature (which is what we are designed to do), it doesn't make you a bad person
