Theres a thread on this, its an excellent programme, I got so far and then was ill and stuff so lost the plot with it a bit but am trying to get back into it as have race for life coming up in July.
I struggled to run the minute at first and didn't believe I would run for any longer but built it up to 25 minutes! Good Luck!
Princess it gets so much easier, I did it and loved it, I could never run before, now I frequntly run for 20-25 minutes both on the treadmill and outside, keep going its worth it! x
I did it and it worked well for me, however please make sure you have been properly fitted for running shoes at a specialist shop. I didn't do this and after completing my first 5k has such a severe pain in my leg across my shin I couldn't lift it off the ground. Turned out running in the wrong shoes had given me a stress fracture in my tibia. As a consequence of this I wasn't allowed to run for months and now need to start the c25k from the beginning again! (with properly fitted shoes though!)
