I'm off to visit new baby grandson Evan this weekend but the show sounds interesting - is it about all aspects of health / mind / body etc?
I'm interested in all that sort of stuff (not that you'd know it by looking at me mind you). Are you going?

Looks good on the website, always interested in new ideas and new ways of thinking so hopefully will come with a few tricks (and a relaxation CD or two no doubt!)
