Anyone else have reduced appetite????

    Hi Everyone,
    So, it's only my third week on slimming world, and for the past few evenings, i've found myself not being hungry at all at dinner time, even though I should be (which is a very strange occurance for me lol) I usually find that I have a big appetite in the evening, but strangely enough, not at the moment :)... I just wondered if anyone else has found their appetite has significantly reduced since starting sw? x

    I was just thinking this myself today, I'm definitely less hungry now than I was in the early weeks. I also would say my portion sizes are getting smaller:D

    I wish.... Maybe you are filling up early in the day on healthier more satisfying foods than you would have been PRE-SW and therefore don't need the same amount later in the day?

    I'm finding I don't want to snack like I used to. I always wanted something after my evening meal but not recently

    I have found i am not hungry as much, definately a plus :)

    I'm still eating loads lol! Not so much snacking but my portions are big :)

    Yes , me too! Am on week 3 as well and Although still hungry at lunchtime , evenings I am satisfied by a normal sized dinner ! Also , by cutting out sugar , I am no longer craving the sweet fix after dinner.

    I didn't get this at the start and happily ate loads of superfree fruit every day. But five months in, I've cut down my fruit intake in the day a lot as I don't get that mid-afternoon slump so much. And I notice more when I get full during meals, so I often end up cooking too much based on my old portion sizes. When I eat out I can just about manage one course usually, and no more, especially if it's something rich.

    been doing this for nearly 2 years, I did have it at first then it came back, now I've got it again but I have been ill so not surprised. I find it tends to come and go xxx

    Not me!

    I'm a big eater and that's why I love slimming world!
