Anyone else use all 3 plans?

do you all get pretty good weight losses then if u do a day on each plan? i was thinking this too but i didnt want my body to go into shock of being messed around with each plan, if you get what i mean

Until last week i was thinking yes lol

I completely agree.., I work away from home a lot during the week so EE makes meal times a lot more flexible for me and not so restrictive when choosing off of a hotel menu.

I did 2 red days and 5 EE days last week (had never tried EE before last week) and I lost 3lbs
 
Hi, I mix between red and EE but can never get myself interested in a green day!!
Even though EE gives you freedom, what I don't like is having to think about how to get the 1/3 superfree in all the time. I'd rather just have a red day and not worry. Plus I love being able to have two hex's.
