Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

howdy partners got lost on the trail for a few days last week , but am back at the ranch today,all saddled up and ready to go !!!!!!!!!
pebs ur mince and tatties looked good,what gravy did you use ????
and how were the pastys they looked good too,might have to nick the recipe from ya xxxx
 
Howdy partners whats the syns in Quorn Cumberland sausages frozen pack of 6, "best ever", i'm counting 1 syn per sausage, is this correct?
 
Pebbles i bought the 120g (pack of 4) Danone Shape Delights 0% yogurts today, are these the ones you mentioned? I'm dyin 2eat them!! :-D

Monday report

1 litre water
No exercise - I have the sorest boobs in history - could hardly move today!

Food was good - fruit and yogurt for breakfast, bacon and eggs for lunch with slice of toast (hexb)
spag bol for dinner (hexb pasta, hex a cheese), cup of tea and frozen curly wurly just there - was yummy!!!

Can it really be true, its like a mirage in the desert! Lol. Thats great. I read if it says best ever on the box the recipes changed & they contain syns. Fab news! Funny i haven't bought them as ages cos i've not been sure what was syns and what wasn't.

Hi smurf.. Yea it was Friday 16th.. was great.. Did you watch it? Good line up.. They had Paddy Doherty (the traveller from My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding and this years winner of Celeb BB), actor John Hurt, The Saturdays, senetor David Norris, Randy Rocks from X Factor and a girl who suffers from CF and has just written a book about life growing up with it..
We got a L'Oreal hamper, a pass to an antique fair that's on for the VIP show this coming Thursday, and the show over the weekend, both admit two and €100 vouchers for Aldi..
And my friend got 2 nights away in Kilkenny for 2 people as an audience gift in the audience warm up..
So was a good night all round. Ta for askin :D

Yea was a great weekend as regards sport.. Ireland winning the rugby. Dublin winning the GAA. United won 3-1. AND Liverpool lost 4-0.. Jono (my BF) was one happy chappy I can tell ya :D

Not even a problem, i had already counted sum syns for them just incase. I must check out the cheapest subscription to the online syns info & start a direct debit, things change so often it would be handy to have. I'd rather SW would make that info available on an iphone app, me (& half the country) would buy it!

The change came after the book was released, so here's a list from website officials.
SW's website says:

Our Food Co-ordination team at Head Office are constantly looking at the availability and nutrition info of our basic and branded foods. Following recent research, we'd like to let you know about a couple of changes to our Free Food list.
Quorn sausages

Quorn recently changed their sausage recipe and as a result regular plain Quorn sausages are no longer Free. The Syn values of other sausages also vary depending on the flavour.
Here's a full list:
Sizzling BBQ Bangers, 5 pack, chilled: 2 Syns each
Best Ever Cumberland Sausages, 5 pack, chilled: 1 Syn each
Best Ever Sausages, 6 pack, chilled: 1 Syn each
Best Ever Sausages, 8 pack, frozen: 1 Syn each
Tastier Red Leicester & Onion Sausages, 5 pack, chilled: 1 Syn each
Tastier Sausages, 6 pack, frozen: ½ Syn each
The ingredients in branded products do change from time to time, so please check your favourites from time to time on Syns Online.

So Quorn sausages aren't free anymore. Sorry.

Well BOO for Quorn lol. Aw i don't mind spending a few syns to have them. They're a must for me, i use Quorn alot when having Dinners.
Anyway syns don't freak me out as much now, i use them to stick to plan, & enjoy life on my little journey to the trim, healthy Meg i used to be :)
 
Tuesdays check:in - Water - 1 litre, no exercise
Food: Breakfast - weetabix, lunch, chicken and cheese sandwich, low fat crisps, dinner - lamb shank and roasted veg.

Bsck to work tomorrow - a little allergic tonight, but I'll be grand when I'm on the road!!
