Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

At asda the other night they still had the maggi bag things but in two new flavours. One is red wine and shallots ,and BBQ and they are all only 50 p.
I did the red wine one last night and it was nice but oh didn't like it and am trying the BBq one tonight with sausages, but I have no idea of syns .

All the food sounds good girls, i'm having Ry's brother & his wife for dinner tonight, we're having them grilled so they shud b nice & succulent. Kidding!! :-D they're guests lol. So i'm doing Spaghetti Bolognese with loads of veggies in. Quorn for me & Colleen & meatballs for the lads.
Then a seriously competitive boys v girls Wii session :) & Dvd with chips & dips & dessert with coffee last. So im saving a HEx B for reduced fat hummous, synning some lighter than light mayo & doing some SW chips & nice chunky veg for dipping. Another HEx B for some nuts to munch.
Dessert will b my own meringues with no sugar but sweetner & strawberries & blueberries & sum free yogurt.
I have an apple lattice pie just cooling from the oven for the lads incase theres any moaning about the meringues lol lol.

Am indulging in a glass of wine tonight - half a glass and I'm squiffy already!!

Our wee gathering last nite was a huge success & i'm superproud of myself for planning well & staying on plan :D
What's everyone doing today?

I've just been planning dinners for the week, am off to do the grocery shopping then - I want to get a whiteboard for the wall in the kichen - for planning meals and jobs and stuff. I want to be home for four because the ladies football final is on TV and there are some girls from work playing!

You're all great trying new things. I just can't seem to stick to anything and am the greatest saboteur going.

You should make that your challenge for this week to try a new recipe, the more variety & the more you can adapt your favourites to the SW plan the less chance you'll get bored & you'll enjoy staying on plan more :)

Ah excellent, they must be very good, i played soccer briefly at Junior High & i was terrible! Lol.
I have a magnet board for holding notes in my kitchen, but a whiteboard would be handy.
Hope the shops aren't too crowded for you, i'm just getting my wet gear on & Callie's waterproof dog jacket on her to head out walking, the joys!! Lol

My 11yr old is being kept in hospital as he has just broke 2 bones in his left arm by falling off his bike, and now tomorow he has to be sedated so they can try and manipulate it before they set it properly, and because he had just eaten some crisps before it happened nothing can be done before 8am tomorow.
So hubby is staying at the hospital with him :(
