Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

So, due to the old time of the month demons I feel very snacky and bloaty - the devil demon be gone I say!

Last nights dinner
- sweet potato chips, lamb koftas and veg, wholemeal pitta

Today's meals
B - milky coffee ( 250ml hea milk)
L - egg mayo and low low cheese sandwich (1 syn mayo, 1hea cheese, bread 1 heb)
Quavers ( 4.5 syns, ) muller light
D - stir fry veg, smoked bacon , spinach and cheese omelette ( 1/2 hea) , shape yogurt

Not really, cause we were all angels while you were gone Pebs, absolute total angels. Honest!

That pic of you sitting all cold brought back long forgotten (and better that way) memories! I'm truly inspired by you though - that you had minimal sleep and still weren't found hammering on the side of the chip van.

As for me, I was again angelic today - no body magic because I'm crippled still since yesterday, and now that I think of it, not enough water either as I was at the hairdresser for half the day and driving for the rest of it so actually maybe not that angelic after all - but I did resist the old enemy the food court and made some good choices at nando's instead. Tomorrow is another high risk day - I'm off shopping for the day with my mum and sis so hopefully I won't do too much damage!
 
Glad to hear you had perfect behaviour whilst I was absent but then I knew you'd all be 100% good.

Well done on your good choices in nandos . I've just finished making moussaka for tomorrow night as I'm at work all day then out in the evening for family planning clinic - that's running it not using all their stocks !
So that way the family have got a meal done for them ready.

Weigh in tomorrow and I'm peed off about the impending doom that is a gain. But at least I know it'll go in a few days once the old uterus has sorted itself.

I'm sitting on your shoulder by the way all day tomorrow flicking your ear every time you consider a bad choice, so there! X
 
I'm in Dublin and far as I remember Smurd is in Cork??? Which is prob 200 or more miles apart... So no.. Not near :)
But its sh1tty out there...

As for my WI... Down 2lb.. So another 2 to go to get that horrile 4lb gain from last week off!! Tho I WI'd unofficially on Tuesday n was 12st 7lb so its 3 down from then at least... PHEW... Going the right direction anyway... :) xx
 
Oh wish I was out shopping instead of flying around all over the place, running late for patients lists cos they've all got more than one problem , I wish I was stronger and could say no, but I just need to cure everyone . Just rushed in from work and start again in 10 mins so gotta change clothes quick. Then back again. Well done dubby that's more like it xx

Extra easy day

Breakfast - milky coffee with 250ml semi skimmed (1 hea)
Rice Krispies with strawberry low fat yogurt (1heb)

Lunch - Lloyd grossman pasta sauce with bacon, mushrooms and onions. (2 syns for sauce)
Fat free Greek yogurt

Dinner. - moussaka , crinkle cut actifry chips , salad cream (2syns) and salad. 1/2 hea of cheese on moussaka
Apple.
