Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Hi, baking cakes to take for work tomorrow. Cake mixture is one of my downfalls! Very tasty...

Will have to resist when I mix up next batch.

Ok guys, I'm officially back on the wagon - I joined my group tonight!! I know this thread is meant for people doing it at home but I'm hoping the actual group bit will keep me at this longer than previous attempt - so I' m hoping you'll extend me honorary membership because the support here is invaluable! I still need to sit down and plan my week's meals and shop for them but I have food sorted for breakfast and lunch and I'll shop straight after work.

I think I'm in for a challenging week food wise this week. It's my Birthday on Weds so cakes etc ahead! Hitting 43 so not getting any younger. I feel that this last year has been most challenging to keep in shape. Husband also suggesting Indian takeaway for dinner and out on Sat night for a meal with the kids as a midweek Birthday!
So I feel I need some good will power on the days inbetween especially as I had barely any loss last week.
Wish me luck as I really need at least 1lb this week.

Thanks all was quite happy this morning :) I did my measurements earlier since July I have lost 8 inches from my hips 7 from my waist and 4 from my chest!

Hope the scales are good to everyone else tomorrow

I ended up joining a group after Christmas too smurfy. I need your motivation to get planning my meals tonight x
 
Well fone RB.
Have had a busy birthday at work, I teach a year 3 class 3 days a week.
Have had a large takeaway curry and now having a couple of chocs. So not too hopeful for weigh in tomorrow.

I'm sure you'll get back to planking when you're ready Pebs. I did 90 secs today! Rest day tomorrow so will enjoy the rest

Just made loaded potato skins - oh they're good ! Feels naughty but not .
Planned menus for this week and into next

Tomorrow - lamb chops, roasted veg

Friday - chicken korma and sag aloo

Saturday - veggie tagliatelle and baby bel meatballs

Sunday - roast pork

Monday - beef enchiladas, sweet corn fritters


Tuesday - ham & leek gratin, chips

Wednesday - fish of some description


Made tuna pasta for kids lunches tomorrow , cooked roasted veg for tomorrow's dinner as I don't get long in between jobs on thurs eve, and boiled eggs for sandwiches for lunch.
Really should plank again - will try tonight and see how I get on.

Planned those dinners yet smurfy???

Try to include a piece of fish each week if possible and a portion of melon and sweet corn - all help to boost weight loss

I've a date with a chunky mint kitkat tomorrow night, what's everyone's weigh day treat ? X
