Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Hey Laura - here's that teriyaki recipe I promised you.

Teriyaki chicken & mushroom stir fry

Serves 4
red day=1 syn, green 2.5 plus a heb for chicken.

3 garlic cloves
1 red chilli
10 spring onions
4 chicken breasts
7oz/198g mushrooms
2 red peppers
Fry light
1 tsp fresh chopped Ginger or lazy Ginger
7floz/ 198ml chick stock from bovril
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 level tsp sesame seeds

Teriyaki sauce- I found some in a small tesco they only had the one type and it was in a bottle and about £2.45 ish but I got it thinking I'll just have to eat Chinese daily. Anyway the recipe from sw states 2 tbsp but I doubled it because it wasn't strong enough for me. Try it and see how you go, taste it and add more. Plus I'm sure other bigger shops will have wider range.

So, thinly slice garlic chilli and chicken, cut onions into diagonal lengths, slice mushrooms and peppers, spray a wok with fry light add garlic chilli Ginger onions fry for 1 minute. Increase heat and add chicken for 6 mins , then add stock and cook rapidly to reduce half the liquid then add peppers and mushrooms, for 6 mins. add teriyaki sauce and toss then add coriander and sesame seeds then serve. I added noodles too when I added mushrooms.

Hi everyone hope you are having a good Friday :)
Haven't been on here much as this is the 2nd week of the germ house for me!!
My 6 yr old was bad all last week as was my 4yr old ,and then I came down with it too,and now it seems I have a sinus infection too :(
Last week food wise was all over the place as I wasn't eating a lot,but I think I may have put on a pound but will check in the morning on the wii.
I managed not to let my daughter know about her surprise Paris trip for her birthday, and her and her boyfriend came back yesterday and they had a great time:)
Tomorrow we are taking her for a meal to the harvester as it was her 21st,any ideas as to what would be the best thing to have there ????

Hi girls, how's everybody today?
I've had a good day, Matthews bk in training for footy, he trains twice a wk with the team & then does sumthing by himself at wkends. So today i went along & we went for a run, we did a lap of a nice country track all pretty manageable, then he played his trump card, a lap of a higher track accessed via 284 steps! lol. So needless to say i was a little tired after that & he was hardly out of breath! Haha. But i shall have my revenge :p

Iv had a bad weekend, * time and have literally turned into an eating machine! Yesterday wasn't too bad, I took my fiancé out for a curry for his birthday only had two glasses of wine although the curry was bad! And I only bought him a cupcake for his bday candle (he's not a cake fan so if I got him a big cake I would have ended up eating it all!). But today has been chocolate, white bread and a KFC, and a lot of rich tea biscuits! What's everybodies plans for pancake day? Any syn free good topping ideas that aren't fruit related (I can't eat fruit) xx
