Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

F&V = mushrooms, banana, apple,satsuma, peas, spinach, sweetcorn, lettuce, cue, toms,and beetroot :checkmark:
exercise walking:checkmark:


dinner tonight - potato and veg quiche - yummy. i used new potatoes boiled and sliced, sweetcorn, peas, 3 cubes of frozen spinach defrosted and strained, a floret of broccoli left over from last night, all into flan dish. then garlic herb philly light mixed with 5 beaten eggs and poured over the potatoes. grated cheese over the top and baked in oven til set and browned

Pudding - rice pudding
142g pudding rice
14fl milk
14fl water
8tbsp sweetener
Vanilla essence
Nutmeg

Place milk water sweetener and vanilla in a pan. Gently simmer until dissolved, place in a bowl with the rice and put in oven at 150c for 1hr 30.

Dinner sounds delish.. Wish I liked quiche.. Altho you made it potato for a base, not pastry??? May like it that way.. May try it...

Still not decided if I'm gona WI on Thursday or Friday.. But weighed nonetheless.. Half up for me this week :( but totally explained.. Had a night off Saturday with LOTZ of booze.. And am due TOTM the weekend :(
 
Hi, how did everybody do today? I lost two pounds. I am totally thrilled as I was not sure I would lose anything. I guess varying my meals everyday has helped.

Managed 750ml water today so not brilliant but I'll do better tomoro .

Worked a long day so no time for a walk but I did a hell of a lot of running about at work after patients.
Fruit n veg- melon, mixed berries, grapes, satsuma, mushrooms, tomatoes, spring onions, beet root, lettuce and cucumber .:checkmark:

I'd say u got ter 8 mins and more pebs so u did good :D

I done 35/40 mins walking
2.5ltr water
Lge pink grapefruit. Apple x2. Pear x2. Banana.
1 f&v too little but it was a lge grapefruit ;)
 
My 2 days have gone great, food & water wise. However today's exercise might be off the agenda due to wrecking my toe fooling around with my fiance last night lol!

Fab wee day here today, had my gladiator sandals on with my coloured skinnies, comfy wee outfit for shopping.
Wee haul of 2 tops, a hoodie & some bath treats. Beautiful veggy tapas for lunch & a cheeky lime sorbet for dessert, yum :)

Ugh super wet here today.
Met a friend for brunch & have been helping her with her eating plan, she has about 6 stone to lose, so i've been giving her nutrition & exercise advice, that's my good deed for the day :)
 
We have a heat wave here again, but the rain and cold is due from tomorrow apparently !!
Thats good u r helping your friend out, have you never thought about becoming a sw consultant???

15 days til lift off :O
The California crew fly in tomoro, then we have a full 2 weeks to do any small alterations.
Everything has been organised within an inch of it's life, Matthew is like a child on Christmas eve he has the days crossed off on the calendar haha! Xx
Oh goodness i duno that i could be a SW consultant, but thanks im flattered xx. I wouldnt have time with my job & my pup & all the other stuff i have going on.
