Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

1st day on my toning programme this morning, protein shake with breakfast & another after my Pilates class this evening :)
 
Hi there chooks . Had a gorgeous weekend in the sun. Spent the day Saturday at the local lido swimming and watching the kids. They had a blast. Picnic lunch then a chicken shush kebab for tea. Sunday spent at home in the garden doing bits n bobs had a BBQ which was mainly meat and salad. Oh and a burger roll but nothing else really. Although I went off the rails in the evening and snacked on Doritos and a couple of biscuits . Oops not seriously bad but bad enough to have a bit of work to do before weigh in Thursday. Busy at home this morning before running out to work did lots of housework no time for breakfast and prepared tonight's dinner, spinach and ricotta canneloni. Met friend for lunch and a mooch around shops before work. Had a chicken and bacon with cheese panini. The smallest piece of chicken known to man and a slice of grilled bacon so in counting the 2 together as a 'b' the cheese wasn't plentiful either so it's easily Within an 'a'. Just need to syn the panini. Off to work now , back soon xx

Sounds like a great weekend.. Don't you hate when they're measly with the meat on a sandwich.. Feckers :/
Sounds like you were busy enough to counteract any extra intake Pebs.. i'd still be hopeful for a loss :)

Done rubbish on our challenge over the weekend.. The exercise target was met as no matter what, puppy needs his walks.. but water and F&V weren't... Wasn't too far off water.. But still a fail..
Today so far F&V have been met.. Water is almost there.. And Exercise will be met with 1 of Stringers 2 walks.. So back on track with it :) x

Well done on keeping up with some of the challenge. I didn't do well on the water on Saturday and had a hell of a headache in return.
Have done 1.5L water so far plus 500ml diet Pepsi, 2 teas. F&v - tomato, spinach, mushrooms, spring onions, cucumber, lettuce, apple.
Exercise- did a 20 min run tonight .
Tea - spinach & ricotta cannelloni

I've done 2lt water
Had tomato, lettuce, red onion n cucumber at lunch. Then cauliflower, sprouts, peas n sweetcorn, carrots n baby potatoes at dinner.
N done an hour half stroll n 40 min brisk walk with puppy :)
So passed today n done z not of makin up for the weekend :)

Morning morning campers. Feeling good after last nights run approx 2km or a mile and a 1/3. Restarting slowly to get me back up to the 3 mile gradually or I know I'll suffer. It's my penultimate shift at the surgery today, I'm glad from a political/ management point of view but sad to leave my mates. ;(
Magic porridge for breakfast
Egg and cheese for lunch with side salad
Glazed ginger pork steaks with root veg mash for tea
Keep the water going today peeps , happy Tuesday xx

Walking that pooch is good enough dubs, it's steady regular etc and you've company. How's that water going? I've had a coffee and a tea and it's already 11 that is rubbish- off to fill bottle up. X

I do OK on water during the week.. Have been known to drink 3 r 4 liters on some days.. As i'm sat on my ass at a desk all day its grand.. So I fill up my 2 1Litre bottles each morning and sup on them thru the day..
So far today I've had 1 litre.. and 2 cups of coffee.. So not bad.. I've also been taking the stairs to the office as well instead of the lift.. Its 6 flights (up 2 floors) so not much but every little helps as Tesco say :)
Have been suffering Migraine since last night so food on a whole isn't great.. Not been eating crap, but been eating at all!! Have my fruit with me and the migraine's lifted mostly now tho so hopefully will get on it over the course of the afternoon..

I thought if i didn't syn the shakes i would gain weight, each shake is 6 syns, so on the days i'm exercising that's 12 syns & i make my food on those days free.
On my non exercise days i generally have about 8/9 syns.
I set my target at 9-7 & i'm just past that now & have been maintaining for ages at 9-4/9-5

The migraine is gone.. Still a dull ache in my head but its just a light headache now thank God.. Worst migraine I've ever had (touches wood) n hope I never get one like it again..
Literally went straight up the stairs to bed last night when I got in from work.. Poor Jonathan had to walk puppy on his own in the rain.. Whoopsies.. And then they came to see me for a quick visit before his second walk.. Love my puppy hee hee..

I eat plenty of eggs & usually have Milk for a HExA & plenty of Quorn products for Protein but i would have to eat loads to get the same %age protein that i can from 1 shake.
Toning & lean muscle build is my main aim now as my weight is perfect, so i'm trialling the shakes for 6 weeks or so & then may or may not continue based on my results after this time period.
I just wondered if you girls thought i did the right thing synning the shakes?? as i had been advised to just have them & not syn them, but i'm so used to synning anything like that i just synned them anyway, that way i can be confident of zero weight gain :)
It's a pretty nice evening here, so we've just had a massive family BBQ :)

Omg girls I near died this evening. Bringing stringer on a walk just me n him as my bf was due back in work at midnight n he/we got attacked by a husky that was lose n running round the road. Was screaming n screaming for help but no1 wud cum over. Eventually his owner came out but cudn get hold of it for ages. Then started shouting at me!!!! Omg I thought he was gona eat poor stringer. Honestly thought he'd chewed him up. Thankfully he was hurt. Not physically anyway but we were shaken!!
I went to report it to the police but apparently iv to go to dspca with my complaint so will ring them first thing in the morning.
Stringers ok now. My bf came down n met us n then we went on a short walk just to get him back out there so he's not too frightened tomoro. I tell ya I needed a drink after that!! I'd say the fright burnt 1,000 calories lol
