Morning ladies...
Well, glad I wasn't the only one had a bad day r 2.. Don't feel so bad now
Food yesterday wasn't too bad.. Until I had a hot chocolate sponge with melted chocolate... but I did have low fat spray cream on... That makes up for something... Right??? LOL
Brekkie was porridge.. Lunch was boiled egg & a bacon medallion on WHITE toast (oops) and dinner was almost nothing!!! I had cooked roast chicken, & carrots with mashed potato... But ate a teeny amount n I was SOOO full!!! Then later on I had my dessert.. Very naughty having dessert after not eating my dinner... I had a few pieces of fruit throughout the day too though...
I think the boiled egg filled me too much?? Which is a good thing that it was filling... At least I know now
Today the food plan is: Brekkie: Crackers... Lunch: WHITE BREAD with ham, cheese and tomato toasted... Dinner.. Cottage pie
Have eaten an apple and have a banana and pear for afternoon...
