thanks dubs,normally I make my own sauce which is free,but we went and saw the baby yesterday and it's a bit of a trip,and because It said this could be cooked for a while I thought I'd give it a try.
Not impressed with it,so won't buy it again,but it served its purpose !!
will have a look for the spice when I go shopping though

Ok so I started on Jan 16th at 13st 6 lbs and was 12st 4lbs this morning, so I have lost a grand total of 1 stone 2lbs so far!!! I can't believe I'm actually doing it this time. Imagine seeing an 11 stone on the scales. What ever morning I do I'll be looking for my school uniform cause that's the last time I was that thin!!!!!

No end date Dubs - my mother and sister started with me and we all just said that we would aim for a pound a week and be 50 lbs down by Christmas - my sister will be 40 in Jan. So far we're a bit ahead of target!

I wana b at goal for Christmas. Set this goal when I first found out I was pregnant. Thankfully didn't gain during pregnancy n even lost a couple do it should b "easy" enough...

You can do it dubs,especially after being so good during pregnancy.
Yeah they called her Isabel,or Izzy for short. Her dad is Jewish,and he's dark haired,dark skin,and very hairy,and she is the spitting image if him,her dad said he just hopes she didn't get the hairy gene lol !!!
I held her for over 2 hours because she stayed asleep the whole time,as soon as I had to leave she started crying !
She is still a bit yellow because of her jaundice,but she didn't have to go back into hospital luckily.its weird she had it because my 3 boys did too,my eldest was in hospital for 3 days having photo therapy.
