Didn't make group. Jonathan hasn't been well at all today. So much so that he didn't go to work!!!
So didn't want to leave him to mind Éabha n wouldn't take her as its at yer bedtime so would b unfair...
However I do plan to climb on the wagon first thing n have a good week...

Didn't have my mint kitkat Thursday I decides on a McDonald's cheeseburger and coffee flappy wotsit . It made a lovely change and was really nice .
Finished work early yesterday as not feeling so good , and also need to pack for Lauren's trip away with school.
Crabstick and egg salad for lunch & pack of Aldi's wotsits (4syns)
. Did a lot in my 'counselling therapy room' ( ie - the garden) and then steak for tea yum
Pudding was meringue nest, ALDI Greek yog strawberry (free) and strawberries .
Today I am up and going to town to buy a few bits for Lauren's case , she's out at her dads getting her hair braided as its a week away with no time for conditioning her hair so it will get matted . ( her hair takes 30 mins every morning ) so this will be easy for her to manage whilst abseiling, kayaking, mountain boarding, high ropes, wind surfing etc all the things I'd love to have a go at ( NOT) as I'm not chicken at all (AM)
Going to miss her soooooo much, she's my little buddy and my shadow .

Hey all! Happy Saturday!
Completely off topic - anyone have tips for stopping a small boy slapping? He keeps hitting Claire and bless her, she never gets mad, but I know he hurts her. He's back in his cot this morning till he apologises but he's a stubborn goat.
I'm in determined mode as well - was up 1 at class, mostly due to time of the month but the pizza and garlic bread could have had something to do with it. Have been good all week since but yesterday got called in to work (was already at the school with Claire so had had no breakfast and didn't have much in the way of lunch with me.) Went for coffee after and ordered a brown toastie - it came out brown alright but only cause it was toasted! Didn't stop me wolfing it!! I just synned it and behaved for the rest of the day.

Oh no smurfy,it's so hard when you have to constantly deal with things like that. My 9 yr old that has special needs is always hitting or hurting my youngest,or saying horrible things to him.we have started using a naughty step with him,or we take his iPad away as we know that that really affects him,and he thinks twice about doing it again.
I have actually been refered to a behaviour specialist for him,and am just waiting for them to come out and work with him.
The only thing you can do is be consistent with how you deal with it,I know it's really hard ,and know exactly how you feel.
