Hi guys,just wondered if anyone is from notts here?
Ive been on Lt for a while now just came back off my hols which i re-fed for and now back on it with day 3 feel like crap lol wish i never re-fed and stayed on it lol

Sorry to hear you are feeling rough. Don't think what could've been just focus about getting back into ketosis and remember the fantastic holiday you had as someone over 4 stone lighter than they were before they started LT.
