Anyone had successful weight maintainence??

    Hello there,

    I'm only on day 5 and maintainence seems and age away!!!

    I've been reading peoples threads and i have seen alot of people have re started the CD... this makes me wonder :confused:

    I know its possible to lose the weight, but is it possible to keep it off?

    Any thoughts, stories, or words of wisdom. :)

    Well done on reaching day 5!

    The simple answer is yes it is possible to keep the weight off but it does mean a change in the way you eat. I guess the old saying of "if you keep doing what you always did, you will get what you always got". If you revert back to the way you have always eaten in the past you will regain the weight but this is true of any diet.

    u look fantastic porgeous! im a re-starter put on 9lbs since june, really wanna shift 14 lbs thou to reach my target of 10.8lbs cant ever remember being that weight, 1st day today any pointers u can giv me?? xx

    Wise words porgeous... I guess my ultimate long term goal (after losing weight) is to change my eating habbits x
