I just can't seem to get to sleep on a night and feels like i'm laying there for hours (some nights i am) I'm getting more worn out each day, it's not as tho i can have a lie in either as i've got a little one to look after

I'm feeling soooo tired at the moment, everything sleepwise seemed fine before i started the diet.

    Sorry for the rant

I had this for a few weeks, try a hot bath b4 bed, apparently as your body cools down it makes falling to sleep easier :)

recomend the hot bath, and maybe a hot water bottle, it does take a while for your body to adjust in lots of ways, ie lots more energy when in ketosis but it can be difficult to rest until you get into a routine, warm warm then hopefully you will drop off xx
