Weight wise i am not losing or gaining have been on alot of meds for sciatica over the last 3/4 weeks and been pretty laid up but it seems to have eased off now thank god x

thanks Roch ...i was ok over chrimbo ....it's the odd chocolate ....that really doesn't count !!! but gave a load away sent them to school with the children so ok now ....i lost 3 lbs inthe 2 weeks could of been better but thats behind me now..
Have you been referred to a pain clinic by your GP ......keep posting so we can all keep each other from that slippery slope .......what colour is your new car? xx to you xx
