I apologise in advance of there are 2 3or even 4 tickers. God alone knows how I be managed that.
I just wondered if there are sun values for vegan vanilla style I've cream and Tesco free from cheddar style cheese. The cheese is awful but ok for sprinkling on.
I am thinking there will be no free foods so just divide the calories by 20
