anyone know how to unblock ears ??

I have a cold and I blew my nose yesterday and my ears blocked and i can hardly hear its driving me mad any ideas people ??

cheers hun I have held my nose and blown and it made me go dizzy and its still block. I am going to do a steam bowl tonight maybe that will help unblock it all
