this is where it gets confusing!

the pack is 160g
on the front it says one serving is 202g and contains:-

288 kcal
1.8g fat
6.7g protein
61.2g carbs

i wanted to eat whole pack??

This is what the calculator gave me using the rice as a free food on a green day:

11 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 11 Syns per package/portion on Green 23 Syns per package/portion on Original

Hope that helps its a bit confusing it gives you the 202 serving? I could only work it out on the calculator per 100g and saying a 160g package.
