Hello,

Would like to update this thread, I had a Count on Us Ham Salad sandwich yesterday, as detailed above it's 15 SYNS on green and original but wondered if anyone knew the value for extra easy? Was planning also on using the brown bread as my HEXB's.

Advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance x

You can't use the bread in a shop bought sandwich as a HEXB as its usually brown not Wholemeal i'm afraid

The syn count on extra easy would be 15 syns as well. I'd be tempted to get a Subway salad if i were you, or even a subway 6' sub - tuna one is 15 syns i think & far more substantial.

Just to play devils advocate here, it does say in the SW book that if it's definitely on w/m you can deduct 6 syns and count as HEb :)
