I expect your local butcher would mince some lean lamb for you, or maybe you could mince it yourself.

The main supermarkets probably sell it too, but it may not be very lean...

tesco's have a lean lamb mince in their healthy range, not sure how lean though sorry.

I only buy Asda's extra lean mince - always dry fry & drain though before using it. Its a habbit but I'm glad I do do that first. Hardly anything drains off but at least its drained

Asda and morrisons tend to have the extra lean,tesco tends to have lean.
