Heya everyone
Just wondered if there are any maintainers out there who stay on track through calorie counting?
I've lost 6st with sw and reached target about a month ago, though still losing! :s I don't feel the freedom is there anymore
If I go out for meal I 'have' to stick within my syns which means I don't always have what I would really like! But I feel with calorie counting I would have more freedom in the food I eat and not worry about gaining weight if I have a chocolate pud!
To maintain my weight I need about 1700 cals which is no problem to stick to!
Really considering switching to here, what do you guys reckon?
