Hi all
Been following sw since April, managed to get to 3stone award but over the past month or so my losses are up and down even when I stick to plan 100%
Iv got some advice on doing this plan with having pcos aswell, apparently I need to take into account the glycemic level of foods I eat
Does anyone else need to do this? I don't want to switch away from extra easy as I love doing this plan and it has been working for me until recently, from what iv looked up I think my main areas are potatoes coffee and jasmine rice, if I switch back to long grain rice which is meant to be low glycemic and cutting out coffee as I can live without and avoiding potatoes where possible, I can also live without potatoes if I can eat pasta and rice
