that’s great! How much did you lose in week 1? (If you don’t mind me asking)
Today is day 4, feeling good.
Day 1 was fine, day 2 felt a bit groggy (probably withdrawals from the good stuff ) and yesterday woke with a headache but then the water helped it ease it.
Ready for day 4!

I lost 3.4kg in first week. After day 4 it gets easier. You’ve got this! Definitely water helps
