in honour of her absence...

breakfast - 4 x sesame ryvita (hex b), garlic and herb soft cheese (hex a), 0% greek yogurt with sweetener

lunch - large plate of pineapple, grapes and banana

dinner - pesto and mozarella quorn fillet (8 sins), smartprice sage and onion stuffing (3 sins), 1 x tbsp asda cranberry sauce (1.5 sins), sprouts, cabbage, carrots, brocolli and sin free roast new potatoes....stuffed after all that!

snacks - hi-far bar (hex b)
 
Hi Sweetie.

Got back from Dublin on Sunday and managed to put my back out and get the flu so have been off the last 2 days but still on track :)
