it was YUMMY!!!!! Its in the recipe archive on the slimmingworld website and then you go to meat and poultry and its under kiev. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Oh yes I have made it and it is very yummy, to make it completely syn free I sometimes wrap it in bacon or parma ham instead of breadcrumbs, delish!

Hrmmm just checked and no it is 0.5 syns... but I do cut the fatty rind off like with bacon, just like it because it is thinner
