Yep, I used to use it a lot, it's fantastic!! I just find I don't have the time now I keep a diary here and am on the boards all the time looking for info and advice!
Oh, and yeah I have a job...
I use it but the one thing I don't get is that apparently with my lifestyle and activities I burn 3000 cals a day and eat 1500. Surely with this I should be losing 3lbs-ish a week (going on the fact that 1lb is about 3500cals).
But it's really good. Everyone should check it out. The graphs and mood thing make me happy.
Just had a look and it does show a lot of information but I think Its too much for me to deal with, thats why I like SW, no crap to boggle me old brain cells. I must be getting old
