Stew some cooking apples and sweeten with sweetner. I peel and chop my apples dip in lemon juice then weigh the lot and work out the points.
Put warm apples into a ramekin or casserole dish depending how many you are catering for. Top with sugar free marshmallows which you buy in Sainsbury's. (5 cals per mallow)
put under grill until mallows melt and go gooey. Delicious for a little treat. In all about 1 or 1.5 points per portion

I made this last night with stewed rhubarb and it was just as nice. The marshmallows are 2 points for a whole bag and you get approx 24 mallows per bag. If you pop 6 onto your rhubarb you have a lovely little dessert for 0.5 point!!
