Strawberry and Apple Crumble
155 cals per portion
Serves 4

450g cooking apples
150g strawberries (tops cut off obviously!)
30ml/2tbsp granulated sweetener
2.5ml/0.5tsp ground cinnamon
30ml/2tbsp orange juice

45ml/3tbsp plain wholemeal flour
50g porridge oats
25g low fat spread

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4
2. Peel, core and slice the apples, halve the strawberries
3. Mix the fruit together with the sweetener, cinnamon and orange juice
4. Put into an oven proof dish
5. Combine the flour and outs in a bowl, mix in the spread with a fork or your fingers
6. Sprinkle to crumble over the fruit and bake for 40-45 minutes (or 20-25 if you want to put them in individual dishes - easier to portion control!!) or until they're all golden and yummy looking!
