Application help, pretty please

A little help is needed, please, if possible...

I've been trying to fill out an application form over a couple of evenings and I can usually think of examples for these sorts of questions but the following has me completely stumped. Could you please maybe give me an example in the hopes that it might trigger something?

Any help is MUCH appreciated, thank you...

"Please give an example of where you acted in a principled, open and conscientiousness manner. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome?"

can u say what the job is you are applying for ?

or perhaps look it like this
Principled, your principles +company principles,open, not behind someone's back, conscientiousness being painstakingly careful how you did it.
Perhaps think of a situation in you present work that you would deal with in this way.
