well everyone can you believe march is almost done!!!! it's time to get thinking about what you would like to lose in April!!!

i had quite a high target last month of 14lb!!! have 10.5lb off so far!!! don't think that weight loss would be achievable every month so i'm gonna say 8lb this month!!!! just copy and paste the list when you decide on your months target and add your name and target to the bottom of the list!!!!
