Well i got weighed last night and lost 2 and half pounds!!

Over the moon as i was doing cambridge the week before as well!!!

I think I am going to have to drop out of this challenge. I have WI tonight and I just know I have put on. We are doing training in a hotel and the food is all diet unfriendly!
 
No Taz!! Don't drop out, stick with it. If you gain, you gain, but you need mini goals to keep you focused. We all have dodgy diet days. How longs the course last? xx

definately stick at it everyone, I almost didn't go to weigh in this week as I had 2 days ff last week and was VERY bad:eek: BUT


I lost 3lbs this week :D I can't believe it:eek:

Just hope it doesn't mean i will put on next week instead:confused:
 
Good job you changed your mind about dropping out Taz before I got here. I'd have had something to say about that !!!!!!! Oh and while I'm on my soapbox oops ! You are not back where you started, you're now armed with tools you didnt have before that will make a difference. Glass half full Mrs Taz ?????

Right now to my miserable April challenge. I lost 1lb this week so I guess I'm on my way, slowly, but on my way.

I am not getting on the scales at home at all this week and I will try to make the right choices at the buffets we have on our training days and see where that gets me next week! Not looking good to even get the 7lb off for April though!
