its soooo much fun, great way to lose weight, u can even sing along, im so unco ordinated tho so slipped loads!!

woo hoo for you, i have done hardly any ex3ercise lately what with moving house etc etc but my ww leader told us this week that swimming and walking are the best tiypes of exercise so i guess you got 2 birs with 1 stone by doing aqua class

quite fancy it myself now
