are dry roasted peanuts a healthy extra or syn?

I read on the internet that you can have 16 dry roasted peanuts as a healthy extra B.......is this true? or do I have to count them as syns? if so, how many syns. This is day one of my diet so any help appreciated

Dry roasted does not come up as a healthy extra on Syns online.
