Hi all,

I'm following the slimming world plan and have been taking orlistat for the past two weeks. I haven't had any side effects so I assume I'm eating correctly, however I've only lost 2.5lbs - I had been told to expect a quicker loss! Are they working?!

Yes they are working as you are losing weight i guess everyone is different.
