I have seen so many of our colleagues struggling to lose weight, they rise and fall and it is no fault of theirs, weight loss is sometimes very difficult and needs high determination and motivation to be able to lose weight. Let us use this platform to encourage each other and to help everyone get to their target with ease.

I don't have much to loose and i have lost 7lbs, but have 1 stone to go. I started in January, feel miserable that my progress is so slow. Some weeks I try really hard ( do EE SP and lots of exercise) and only loose 1/2 pound, then others i don't try as hard ( EE with barely any exercise) and lose 2lbs. Last week, i thought i had an ok week ( i always keep a food diary), not especially good, but not particularly bad, and i was up a whopping 3.5lbs on Saturday's WI!

Struggling this week, i thought i had it figured but this recent weight gain has baffled me and i feel i've lost a whole month's progress and now seeing me missing my target date for target weight, feeling very sad and like i couldn't even do this for myself....
