Argh, PMT!

I've been so good for 4 weeks but today has been horrendous. Nothing bad in the grand scheme of things, 1/2 bag of little ones left over Quavers & a dozen jelly beans which I intend to Syn but I just feel so frustrated.

I'm just glad my last star week arrived as I walked out the door for my 1st WI after joining, I didn't even know it was coming.:mad:

We all have days like that and in the scheme of things thats pretty good. The other day (friday) I ate 6 choccie bars, yep all six, hadn't realised it was lead up to my star week but once I realised I know why I needed the choccie.

I always crave choccie a few days before. These days as a rule I give in to the craving so long as its just the once :)

Well done :D Just move on. Not worth dwelling on as i've learnt. I used to let a bad day be a bad week etc but not anymore.

PMT - do try vitamin b6 I get them from healthspan and also evening primrose oil. Again I get them there too as feel they work. I have found I am so much better since taking these, general moods etc.
