I have red looking spots on top of arms (permantly looks like shaving rash) is it over weight thing? or some kind other thing... i've had it for years and no idea what it is put me off wearing short sleeve tops
I get those too and no, its not a weight thing, my sister is a size 6 and gets them as well. You can get some cream for them or just use a good scrub which will get rid of them as well. Its just where your pores are more open. x
I have had them for years! They are blocked hair folicals! My sister has used an aloe vera scrub on them (doctors recommendation) and hers have practically gone! I keep forgetting to do it and I still have mine!
I always find that in the summer the sun makes them go away! Also the doctor can prescribe a cream, but once again I haven't got round to doing that!
I used to have this really bad on my arms. It's quite a common problem, called keratosis pilaris. For a few years now I've been using a shower puff with shower gel to exfoliate them, then using a moisturiser/body butter. It's pretty much gone now
I have them too and was always too embarrassed to say anything to anyone,i too always thought that it was over my weight.....glad to know its not.I do use a great body scrub though and it makes my arms alot.llot smoother.I use FCUK sugar body scrub and think its great and not expensive either.I get it in boots.

hey, bio-oil! like i suggested for your stretch marks also agreeing with other posts, a good scrub and yes definitely the exfoliating mitts, i could never go back to a regular loofah now! i have them on pretty much my entire upper arms and legs, a lot nicer to look at after a few months of keeping to the scrub-exfoliate-oil routine xxx
