hi does any one know the syn value of asda chosen by you pork sausage please:

I didn't know Asda had 30% less fat sausages (I can't see them on the ASDA website either). Are you sure they're not the 50% less fat ones - these are 1 syn each on Red and EE, and 4.5 syns on Green.

That makes them 3 Syns per 100g Extra Easy.

You need to work out how much that is per pack/sausage according to the pack weight. But based on an average 1lb pack of 8 sausages I would guess that makes them 1.5 syns each.
