Asda cottage cheese

Please can someone tell me what cottage cheese is free please xx

Less than 1%fat is free

Not sure its as straight cut as that

I have coop healthier choice cottage cheese and that is 1.5% fat but free

Asda is 1.6% fat and free

Oh sorry, yes I'm thinking of natural yogurt :/

I can't seem to see any % thing on the pot so how do I work out how much per cent it is. Sorry if that sounds thick xx

Look at how much fat per 100g, as its out of 100 it tells you the percentage I was wrong though about the 1% thing as patchwork rightly said there is more than 1%fat in some of the free ones.
Having looked it up again after getting myself confused the Asda smart price and the good for you plain cottage cheese are both free x

Check the nutrition label, It wil say the fat per 100g or per portion or whatever.
