Just noticed this on the SW website, please be aware if you eat them as they were FREE before but now they are not!!

Hate it when they change as I always used to by the ones in mint gravy!!

why do they change things? is this because the ingredients change? x

Yes, they must have "improved" the receipe which changes the Syn value, that why its always good to check things that are free. I ate these on Sundayas well and didnt count the syn value... DOH!!!!

oooo sneaky, hate when this happens! are the lamb slices in mint gravy from iceland still free? i went to check them after i read this but cant find them online!

the asda one came up as syns on line when the mag said it was free!!Emailed them but got no answer.Has anyone tried the calculator?

Yes my dad tried the calculator online and it came up as 3 syns!
