Extra Easy Lamb shank in mint gravy

Could someone help me out with syn values please. The OH wants lamb shank in mint gravy for dinner. I will probably either get them from Morrison's, Asda or Farmfoods ( visiting all 3 today) but I'm struggling to find a syn value as a Google search brings up results anything from free ( I don't believe that) 3 syns, 15 syns, I'm getting confused

Funny you should post this, i literally just saved this pic i found on google from iceland. It included mint lamb shanks on it as free.

Also found these ones at 1 syn each from asda although it seems to have a VERY HIGH fat count, weird.... We don't have a morrisons here

Thank you, that's a great help! I couldn't quite believe that they could be so low syn or free, as you say they are quite high in fat and I thought gravy was a no go area. Very confusing. I love lamb shank but have been staying away from it just assuming it would be too high syn.
