I used to buy the Asda Extra Special Lamb Shanks in Garlic & Rosemary sauce and these were lovely and free!
But now I'm getting extremely worried as I haven't seen these in Asda in ages and have seen the redcurrant & port ones have replaced them.
I searched on SW Online and it came up first as 3.5 syns, and then I tried the per 100g way and it came us as 6.
Could someone tell me how many syns are in them as the calculator is really confusing me!! Thanks in advance
