Asda free/low syn packets?

Needing some inspiration for lunches and saw in this months SW mag a suggestion for a chickpea/lentil packet that thought would be good.

Does anyone know if asda do any similar kind of things (ie easy packets I can add water to or zap in microwave at work) that are free or low syn? Thanks! X

I make bigger portions of everything I make and freeze in those plastic tubs you get at takeaways or pound shops straight out of the freezer into my work bag then zap in micro at lunch there's allsorts in my freezer
