Hi, can anyone help me with this? I'm looking for the syn values for the following two ready meals from the Asda Good & Balanced range:

Tandoori chicken with basmati rice
Asian chicken & prawn with rice

The other doesn't exist. The closest is a good and counted chicken and king prawn paella and that's 7
